If your wood wick isn't staying lit, it could be your wick is too long or too short. To achieve an optimal burn, you must trim your wick before each burn. The easiest method is using your fingers to remove the charred portion on the top of the wick or using a wick trimmer or nail clipper. It is essential to keep your wick trim to ensure a clean and steady burn.
Do we test on animals?
NO! We never test on animals. All of our products and ingredients are cruelty free and vegan ;)

What are the proper steps to care for my candle?
- For the first burn of your candle, we recommend burning it for a minimum of 2-3 hours or until your candle achieves a full melt pool, which will ensure that the top layer of wax melts evenly.
- Before each use, be sure to trim the wick to 3mm-5mm using wick trimmers, nail clippers or your fingers. This will ensure a clean burn and reduces soot and smoke.
- To ensure safe usage, never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when there is 1.5cm of wax remaining to prevent the container from overheating.
Why is my candle not burning to a full melt pool the first burn?
This is normal! True coconut rich wax blends are not meant to have a full melt pool the first few burns. The wax hangup will melt off by the halfway point in the jar :)
